Tech ? for a pilot?

Having a friendly arguement.....I say Airbus has HUD....has this been standard equipment on US A/C? Does Boeing offer it on new equipment as standard?

The Airbus do not have HUD. The last aircraft to have
HUD where the MD-80's that US AIR received in the PSA
acquistion. Within a year of the acquistion, those units were removed. The pilots (non-PSA) did not like them.
