Democrat wannabe, Lindsey Graham made some rather caustic remarks last night. Could cost him.

According to CNN, Sen. Graham said at the Washington Press Club Foundation dinner last night, “If you kill Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial is at the Senate, no one will convict you.”  Graham's joke crossed the line. -

Doubt it.  He's not up for re-election.  By the time he is, this little dustup will be history and no one will care.  Besides, he represents South Carolina which went heavily for the Trump.

Actually, he's a highly respected senior member of the U.S. Senate.

Actually he's just another establishment hack that didnt do squat.

And thanks to establishment hacks like him, people have overwhelmingly chosen anti-establishment candidates like Trump will be the next POTUS.

The "overwhelming" numbers are less than a 750,000 voters and not quite half support Trump.   So you are declaring Trump the next president based on the votes of 325,000 partisan republican voters.

Who is denying what?  In Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada, 738,000 voters went to the polls.  Of those, Trump garnered about  40% of the votes.  That's almost 295,000 votes in those states.  If we look at the voter turnout for those 4 states in 2012, there were over 5 million voters.   So his results so fare represent about  6% of the number of people who voted in 2012.  I guess if you give him a margin of error of 94%, he might be a shoo in for president. .  To think that his "overwhelming" support equates to a win in November is quite a stretch.

Both.  Trump sure LOOKS overwhelming when the voter turnout is a bunch of "we love the uneducated" voters.  There's a difference in a general election.  I have no doubt that if Trump keeps this up, he'll be the republican nominee.  But on other boards, even some republicans are saying they would hold their nose and vote for Hillary over Trump.

I think there is a voter revolt as yet uncalculated by  both establishment parties.

I don't think it's revolting enough to elect Trump.

Delldude, you might want to sit down and make sure your heart pills are nearby before reading the next sentence.  I agree with you 100%.  And, I'm not sure any of us are going to be happy with the outcome.
