KC, i might could agree with you if the left had a better alternative but they don't polls show her as 2/3rds of folks the first thing that comes to mind is liar, her favorably numbers are just as bleak. A lot of people simply don't like her.People are not going to turn out in droves to support her like they did for Obama. 
I'll be the first to admit I thought Trump would be gone by now but he's not. So to  just think no way Trump can beat her might not be the sure bet you and others seem to think.

Clinton lost most of the youth vote in Nevada, and that is going to be a national trend.
 
The Trump thing, after time, I think more will support him that don't now.
 
The GOP is already looking at a coup D'tat at the convention. They are too stupid to fully realize Trump's overwhelming success is do the GOP's overwhelming ineptitude.
They are already looking at funding an indie.
McConnell is already on record saying if they can hold the Senate they can keep HC in check. Tell you what, GOP takes out Trump, you'll either see the lowest GOP turnout or votes going dem Senate in retaliation.
 
I think Trump is good for the GOP....GOP hasn't done the will of the people for decades.....GOP needs to come to grips that they work for us and do not decide for us.

Therein lies why this election is a lose/lose regardless of who wins.  If HIllary wins, Congress will do nothing but Benghazi investigation after email investigation.  Rump and Cruz have both said that they would prosecute Hillary if they are elected.  So the country just sits.  Since it's Obama's last term, and he's not going to ever gain the respect of the right, then he holds the key to the future of the country....regardless of who wins, pardon Hillary.  Force the country to get away from focusing on scandals and addressing things like, oh...the economy, the war, the loss of jobs, the immigration problem.  I know all that pales in comparison to tarring Hillary, but it's about the only thing that seems of importance.  But you might be careful what you wish for....Trump has all but declared Bush and Cheney to be guilty of war crimes....he might go after them as well.

He and Trump both.  Trump said to boycott Apple until the work with the feds.  On another board I am on, a righty wingnut posted "don't worry, by next week the Fuhrer will send his jackbooted thugs to Cupertino".   Just goes to show that supporters of Trump OR Cruz don't pay any attention to what they are actually saying.

Well....it looks like Kansas went for Rafael.  And while I don't like Trump, I like Rafael even less.  But I guess it shouldn't surprise me....Kansans elected Sam Brownback twice.  Despite seeing their state $84 million short of revenues this fiscal year....with money being diverted from roads and schools, and a sales tax increase as an attempt to help plug the hole caused by his tax cuts....in other words, looking at abject failure - they voted for the guy who wants to implement it on a national scale.

while I am a registered republican, I sat out today.  There isn't one I could vote for or against...they all are pretty bad.  I did hear a couple of older folks talking about how Rubio would be the toughest on abortion...the single biggest issue facing America...and how heartwarming was to hear of his parents struggles.  
 
And the only reason I am a registered republican is because Kansans will only vote for the republican, so for our state elections, the REAL election is the republican primary.  I vote for the moderate republicans because we've got enough batshit crazy far right legislators running this state into the toilet.
