Yesterday I had the pleasure of being aboard US 12 LAX-PHL in the care of 2 ladies who are perfect illustrations of my feeling that the people of US are the BEST in the industry. My sincere thanks to Renee and Rose who handled a full FC cabin efficiently, cheerfully, and made sure all their passengers were happy and content. We had a delightful conversation during their breaks, and of course I expressed my appreciation directly to them and all their colleagues-in all my travels I have NEVER seen a bad attitude from a US front line employee (except terminal F at PHL of course).
