My mother just nonreved back to Scotland last night and called to say that the agents in Fort Lauderdale were incredibly kind to her. The crews working her flights from FLL to PHL and flight 196 to Man went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and made a huge fuss over her.
I canot thank you enough. It is good to know that she made it home safely and was assisted by the finest professionals in the industry.
