I flew from STL-STX last Sun and STX to STL yesterday and every leg was staffed with SMILING, "I like being here", professional, fun and simply great f/as. Going down I was with 14 friends and coming back I was by myself. As a 35 year career (now retired) f/a, I am always interested to see how others "do it", especially in this crazy time (for airlines). DELTA, you're doing it right! Thank you. Made me proud of my profession (again).

I also recently flew on Delta out of St. Louis and I must say it was like stepping back in time to when great service still mattered. The flight attendants didn’t stop moving once, came through the cabin several times with drinks and snacks, were always approachable and constantly interacted with passengers. They where either amazingly gifted actors or are truly happy at what they do.
We had a very slight delay in ATL and the cockpit was on the PA constantly giving us departure updates and stood side by side the cabin attendants at the jetway thanking each passenger for their business at the end of the flight. It also made me proud to notice a fellow furloughed coworker, now with Delta for 7 years showcased in your in-flight magazine.
Having to pay full fare (in coach) still hurts like crazy but your great service helped softened the blow. I'll definatly choose to give Delta my business and money again.
