I think we're tired of ill-though-out polls.

Think it through. If you unable to think, at least make "None of the Above" a choice to compensate for your lack of imagination.

I think you have under estimated the US Airways employees willingness to work for less. The fear of having to look for another job, is worth giving up thousands of dollars a year for. And I don't think the company has found the bottom yet.

Three times the unionized groups have voted themselves a paycut, and I feel that they will do it about twice more. After all, fear of the unknown is a powerful force.

Thankfully, my department, and all of the departments that I'm qualified to work in, are being outsourced. At this point, paying me to leave is the kindest thing the company can do for me.
