You can get intot he hubs system EVEN if you are furloughed... it is just an extra step to take....

You can even make non rev travel listings on there for yourself and others on your pass.

You can still log into the hub while inactive such as on furlough.
Your user ID is u0 and your mainline employee number
Your password is the first 5 digits for your ss#.
Hope this helps. 😀

Not true....I took the early out and I just accessed the hub for non-rev listing information. PM me and I will tell you how I was told to do it once you get past the initial sign-in page with your employee number and first 5 of social.

I'm out on VFR and you can get into the hub. 0+your employeed ID number is your log-in name and the first 5 numbers of your S.S. number is your password.

If your not active all you can do is List and check flights ...All other area's not permitted!!!!!!!!!!

When I was on furlough I had access to all areas of the hub.
I always checked job postings, kept up on company news, unless the hub has changed you should have access with U0 + employye number and the first 5 of your SS #. If it dosnt work you may have to have this reset as you may have made too many failed attempts.

I am a BUYOUT ... And Us Buyouts no longer have access to the hub, only to list and check flights. U0 and my paswprd will only get me into non-rev listings!!! TRUST ME ... THEY just turned me opff last week!!!!!!!!!!

Well then you are not a furlougee, but the original poster is. You are a former employee, so you don't have access, except for travel purposes. Furloughees have access to travel, company news, job postings, and their division sections.

We were told that former employees with travel benefits would be able to purchase ED20's.
This was confirmed by Employee Travel. Now I see we cannot access anything on the Hub except the non-rev listings. Anyone know if this is a mistake, or that the company, yet again, didn't have the answers straight when they told us we would have ED20's?

Thanks everyone for your reply. I called support services and they had to reset my password twice. The second time didn't work, so they think it's a system problem. I'll call them on monday to see what the status is.

Adding ED20s? I can't imagine being given something for nothing....what's the trade-off, we won't lose non rev space a would we? Are these EDs popular or do most people just roll the dice and hope for the best? It's 20% of the full coach fare, right? So would most round trips run between $200 and $250??? Hmmmm.....maybe I'd rather plan my trips around open seats....just wondering.

Also, I agree that something's wrong with the system. I can't get anywhere on there. I don't even get the sign-on screen, just a 401 Not Authorized screen.

No, you cannot use ED20s on Full Coach fares. You book the cheapest tickets available and then get 20% off of those. (Not sure why they wouldnt like some more $ by allowing the full fare ticket to be used). There are several booking codes not available for use including F,Y,B,N and there might be one or two more, but everything else in coach is good to go.
I used them last year when I was traveling with mom and dad and the flights were looking full. I didnt want to spend a lot of time trying to get there and back so we bought the tickets. Good thing we did too because they downsized and we would have been stuck. Instead we volunteered, got there about 2 hours later and got 3 tickets out of it, which is all legal. You also get FF miles. If you have time off during the busy season and want to be sure to get there and back, they are a great deal.
