Do any Res Agents out there see a connection between requiring customers to book 20K awards online effective 7/1 and the closure of the PIT RES office?

This is only the beginning of requirements of customers to do their awards online; soon it will be all or most. How much notice is required by law when an employer decides to close a Facility employing as many people as does PIT RES? Does anyone know, and I would be interested to hear others' views on this.

Theyhave not announced a closing of PIT RES, it is the WARN act and I Believe it is 60 days notice.

Ask TPA? The WARN ACT was completly ignored.

Any news about the WARN ACT court case and its postponement, anyone?
