I heard August will bring the end to the A300's. What is the current fleet count? Has AA listed the last expected flight.

If I had to guess, I'd say there are in the neighborhood 20 or so left. The A300 B check at JFK will cease sometime in June/July.

There was one newly re-striped on the ramp backed up to the blast fence yesterday at TULE.

AA certainly got their moneys $$$ worth here.

MIA and the Carib passengers , (not to mention the employees that work these A/C both in the air and on the ground) should be honored for their loyalty, with Gate Parties systemwide.
 
A300 gets an F for reliability, and an A for working conditions on board.

We flew the A300 from EWR-LHR and back in April 2000. Both flights were decent, although not quite as good as Air France's A330-200 from EWR-CDG.
