The New Badge Numbers

I believe everybody will start with 2 ..there are more than enough numbers (100,000) that start with 2 to go around!

🙄 Got our new employee numbers they all start with 2xxxxxx. First two digits from 20xxxx through 29xxxx so they appear random. Rumor has it that the "EAST" digits start with a 6 while the "WEST" starts with the 2. Like I said, that is rumored. Anybody got anything different?

East employees already used a six digit number and it is currently easy to tell if they are from Piedmont for example. We will get our random numbers soon.

When I call the US East non-rev # to check for AWA flights, I get the message that non-revenue travel is not available on code-share flights...

anyone else get this?

You can travel on the other carrier, but you cant check loads. The loads you'd get on the "codeshare" flight arent going to help anyway since that just shows who actually bought a ticket on 037 stock at US and not on 401 stock via HP. You'd have to call US or HP direct to get the correct info from the native flight number and not the codeshare number.

I just got mine. I've noticed that they are just random numbers and you won't be able to tell which ones are flight attendants, pilots , junior or senior etc. unless you look at their seniority position in the pairing.

That's why it's on the back, and in small print . .so other can't tell where you came from or what job you hold--unless, for some reason, they are looking VERY closely 😀
