You beat me to it. I am rather impressed as well. It does give me some hope that senior management is focusing on capital expenditures and reinvesting in our premium cabin inflight product. I am anxiously awaiting our second quarter results. Kudos to Delta for its strong performance in the second quarter. Onward and upward (hopefully).

For all the naysayers that say we aren't investing in the fleet, I hope the fact that the IPP (Int'l Premium Product) is set to replace EVERY Biz & First seat on the 747, 777, and 767 planes over the next 30 months is a decent consolation.

Also that UA is getting all new FMS units for the 757 and 737 fleets, as well as winglets for the 757s, should show that while they are not new aircraft purchases, it is significant capital purchases for the fleet.
