Agreed but is that also not a voluntary act? Assuming sex is not at gun point it is consensual. Should someone decided to have sex with a stranger or someone they hardly know that is a risk one takes. I do not advocate such behavior any more than I do smoking, drinking or anything else but I also have no interest in placing limitations on someones right to engage in those behaviors. Just has home buyers must bear part of the blame for getting a loan they could not afford, individuals must bear the consequences of their actions.
I want the Christian right out of my life. I have the right to do what I chose with my own body. If I contract some sort of terminal disease and and I chose to end my life in a manner I see fit, I and no one else should have the final say. I do not care what the Pope or any one else says about my choice. If someone chooses to marry someone of the same sex, they should have that right.
The holier than thou Christian right seems to think they know best. If they do not like something, fine... don't do it. Just don't tell someone else that they are not entitled to lead their life as they see fit.
