six attempts to book a ticket on the business casual website moments ago--none of them resulted in even getting itineraries to choose from. the website is a microcosm of the pitiful nightmare that is team DoUgIe!!


the problem was easily resolved by booking on northwest in one seamless transaction.

i returned to the business casual website after purchasing my ticket on nwa...it still wasn't working.

not only does team IMPOtempe not give their employees the tools they need to do their job, they do not give their customers the tools they need to inject revenues into the company.

anybody else have as much fun playing on the website today? IMPOtempe will probably blame it on solar flares or something...

I chose to fly US today (booked yesterday afternoon) best carrier for SYR-MHT, and it will give me gold next year (currently CP) when US is the best option.

When I went to check in this morning, the display was very strange, it would not let me check my seats. It did however let me check in.

Book away like I do. Being brought up in retail, I was always told make it easy for the customer to spend their money at your store because they will be back tp spend more.

I guess US makes enough money because they make it very difficult or me to spend money there.

It was great dealing with to very pleasent competent agents at SYR today, and last Friday durring the Nor'easter

Thanks for the input, but it was on a CRJ,and the flight was not filled.

The display looked like just the data portion of the web site, with no templates or masks, the background was white. It was so odd looking I was very surprised that I could even check in, the second screen on the check in was the normal screen.

This must be ue to the testing you mentioned
