Three Years Without a Contract

Ten days to go.... I can't wait! Do any of you have plans to commemorate this unhappy milestone????

Looking for some creative ideas because our leadership... (LOL)... doesn't seem to have any!

How 'bout we, as a group (union), make some sort of "statement"???

Ohhh, it's not 3 years at all...It's 8 years under a concessionary contract. We got a few pennies back the first few years and nothing else. Every day that goes but without a new contract is another day the company pockets our blood.
As far as a statement....Sounds good to me but look around at your coworkers. What do you think is most important to them?
All I know is that as long as planes leave on time, no write-ups on checks, and people get their down time is telling the company no one is really upset.

Without leadership, staus quo is the only statement we know. Maybe after ten years we can make a statement.

Thank you for correcting me. I have been made mind numb it has been so long! 3 years has become a distractor for me and my coworkers in an attempt to forget the RAPE of 8 years ago!

Your not halfway through it yet!------ Unless you get "Retro" on this next T/A, (not likely with the TWU running the show!) it'll be at least another 10 years down the road before you see another Contract! So you'd better get as much as you can this time, because it'll be a long dry spell before you'll have that opportunity again!!! 😉
