Hmmm, For the other M&R Employee's...Note the absence of Shop Planner vacancies in this Bid Notice.

I assume that PIT Dept. 450-001 still has 2 Planner positions in its present form ?

Maybe NFS or Dell can shed some light on this.

As far as I know, there are still two planners in PIT fab, but even though they are M&R, I believe they still use COB's for planners

COB's are a certain thing , but the Jobs need to be posted regardless..and this is an area that Rubs this group raw , from those whom I've spoken with. They are under the same contract...but the contract only works for them when its to the companies benefit...and this differs greatly when compared to other IAM represented positions and BIDS.

I'm sure the Planner's and Tech Doc Specialists are going to have plenty to say to the IAM the closer that 2009 comes. This group is not being treated in an equal fashion for the same dues they are paying.
