45 min folks on the -X-press last Dec, because the jetway wheels froze, Capt removed the window ice with his credit card on the j/w..

That is no lie, that was my trip..I shook my head in dis-belief!

Until they tell the press you didnt do your job and thats the reason there are 100s of bags everywhere and flights canx. Hmmm, where have we heard this before? Maybe a review of the Xmas fiasco threads would be in order for the old HP people joining us.

Of course they will accuse labor. They always do. You will just have to know in your heart that you did what you could do. All I'm saying is do your best but do it safely and don't kill yourself. It is the will of Allah if flights are delayed or cancelled and bags miss.
