Tule Union Meeting Report

Oil is down 30%. As the airlines continue to reduce capacity by taking the fuel hogs out of service it will help drive down prices even more. Airlines use a tremendous amount of oil. People are also reducing their use of oil as people drive less and SUVs dissapear. As more Solar and wind are developed demand for oil will continue to decline and so will prices.

Total snap back plus COLA. That still puts AA billions ahead.

Billions ahead? Now that's some fuzzy math if I ever saw some. There's not a single airline in operation in this country that has a profit model for $100+ oil.
