I bet those found bombs had cell detonators....had to.....but then, what about any bombs they aren't aware of? Turn it back on might be a bad deal.

Better require background checks to buy a cell phone, Afterall we MUST trade Liberty for Security.

You are right. No restricting on anything. Symtex, C4, full automatic weapons, land mines and while we are at it lets get rid of building codes, food safety, auto safety regulations after all they are all limits on our freedom.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The explosives used in the deadly Boston Marathon bombing were contained in 6-liter pressure cookers and hidden in black duffel bags on the ground, a person briefed on the investigation told The Associated Press on Tuesday.
These types of pressure cooker explosives have been used in Afghanistan, India, Nepal and Pakistan, according to a July 2010 joint FBI and Homeland Security intelligence report. One of the three devices used in the May 2010 Times Square attempted bombing was a pressure cooker, the intelligence report said.

It seems that April is a target month. Virginia Tech, Columbine, birth of Hitler, etc. I bet it's local radicals that hate America as a whole that did it. It is rather amateurish in that the real damage would have been done if it exploded about 2 hours earlier when the winner crossed the finish line. A lone gunman, perhaps. But lets be thankful that it wasn't a copy-cat crime like Norway where the perpetrator would have been a real killing spree elsewhere.

Looks like TSA will be expanding their irritating powers beyond airports. Does it bother anyone that the minimum wage security guards with walkie-talkies are now high paid security officers that have no other way of preventing anything other to annoy, search and tick-off the general public.
