U Employee Has F/a Interview

Hi I am a U F/A (17years) and I have a F/A interview with SW next week. It seems Like the end of the line over here. I would love to work for SW. Any tips would be great. What kind of growth are you looking at for the next few years? How long is reserve? Thanks!
