U.S. Airways Plane Gets Stuck In Mud At Bradley

I see where this is going. The topic of this thread is the incident itself and has NOTHING to do with unions at this time.

Keep it on topic.

100% yellow-lanyard error.
We don't know if it was caused by a malfunction, poor markings, bad lighting or anything else.

Some people (NOTE to moderator: I'm NOT adressing this to anyone in particular) sure can be childish!

I'll bet USAPA is addressing it directly.

wonder how fast was the aircraft traveling when it veered off and what causes that to happen

When an airline accident/incident happens Unions are part of the investigation.

Whew!..That's the fastest "investigation" and published findings in all of aviation history I think.....All "Fellow Pilots" everywhere must certainly thank you for your immediate condemnation of a "Brother"..or "Sister"...without even feeling the least need for the slightest degree of any burdensome facts. I'm truly "impressed".

If it turns out that the Capt and/or FO supported Alpa...does that make everything OK for you? Pilots are entitled to the investigational process and, if needed, a proper defense. This reasonably applies whether east/west/whatever. As a self ascribed great supporter of, and speaker for 1800 pilots, via your previous Alpa position and one posting hopes for all to "march in harmony"...your attitude's "interesting"...to say the least. We currently know NONE of the critical facts associated with this incident. Enough with all the chilidsh insanity. Grow up. Let's at least learn what happened before going spastic about things...and yes; I'd be saying the same thing were it west folk involved here.
