LOL. Now that was funny. I work for U and would love for U and UAL to merge but if you thought U was bad before the merger with HP It is such a cheap piece of crap now that I dread going to work. Nothing is where it is supposed to be. In DC we have to wait 15 to 20 min just to get a jetway driver because they are so understaffed. I used to really believe in this product but man it is just tough to look the pax in the eye now.
