If the young girl (or boy) is under the age of consent (usually 18), his/her ability to consent to something with an adult is non-existent. By definition it is non-consensual and considered to be molestation. Now before someone gets their panties wadded and in a twist, note I did not name any names, period, adult or child. I feel there may be some in it for their five minutes of fame, or $$$$, or both! I believe that's a given. Just because those who are accusers are females, you can't assume they are telling the truth. And if you never had a women lie to you, you are either anti-social! We don't throw away the basis of our legal system just because you find a particular claim repugnant. Until the burden of proof is met -or- someone confesses, they're presumed innocent.

There are far too many cases where people were tried and hung (some literally, and others simply in the court of public opinion) who were later found out to be falsely accused. It starts with the ~25 people who died in the Salem Witch Trials and has happened as recently as the Duke Lacrosse team.
