I turned to that show!
The Flight Attendants are so professional telling their stories, the Captain's wife is beautiful..
Great job to all 5.
Oh, and just as we speculated....Mr. Cooper on facebook was incorrect stating that the flight attendant tried to open the doors in the back, it was a passenger, now its on tape.
Some people just feel the need to turn a great story into a blame game. Shame on you Mr. Cooper

When the letters were being read, I was watching the Captain's eyes, you could just see the immense relief knowing all those passengers and his crew were safe. and the deep appreciation they shared with him in all those written cards....that level of responsibility he must have felt for all those people must have been so great.. I am so proud that Captain and his crew, to see their faces and tell their actual accounts was priceless..
I did not even realize that I could be even more proud of them...today its ten-fold.

I'm fahrklempt!!!!!!! I was practically balling.
That crew should be so proud of themselves...all 5.
All so professional and dignified. Made me proud to be a FA.

apparently the ATC tapes were released...the conversations between the tower/cockpit..you could actually 'hear' the calm in his voice...a man truly focused on professionalism and what needed to be done with clear focus.
