I was told that as of May 5 we start to charge for pillows and blankets in Economy class

FWIW the first time I heard that one was in 2002 from a SkyChefs manager.

Thank you. US does nothing that is the BEST in the industry except for being the WORST at everything. Some people will say well I always get upgraded on US...but, let's face it, the product sucks so who cares. I flew AA today PHL- MIA and it was a snack flight. It was ridiculous, yes, ridiculous, how much food they served. It beat US's transcon meal flights by a mile. Oh, and a very nice FA gave me a backrub. 🙂. Who says AA FA's are the sky nazi's???

Well, that will be an additional $35. Would that be cash? We also take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Card. If you have a credit card, that will be an additional $15, processing fee. Only $10.95 for US Airways Cardmembers.

No Quarter Inserts, Dollar Machines and Credit/Debit Card Swipe machines. The ones that you don't need to sign. (For Sanitary Reasons).

I have already figured out a few ways for customers to circumvent the baggage charge on trips that require two checked bags. Sorry folks not tipping my hand here.

The agents probably have the same list, if not more ways to get around the rules. Sorry, not tipping our hands either. Clarification question for management though, are we to take a delay to swipe the cc or collect cash in the jetway or do we push on time no matter what? 😛h34r:
