US Airways in Talks on Airbus A330 Aircraft Payments

Not only are employees subject to grievance filings when they "help out" in a job that is not contractually theirs, there is also the problems of injury.

Even if the "out" station agents wouldn't mind a pilot helping load bags, who gets to cover the expenses (and salary)when the pilot wrenches his back out of joint in the process? The company would refuse an OJI claim, since loading bags is not in the pilots' job description.
