TEMPE, Ariz., April 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- US Airways, Inc. ("US Airways" or the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Airways Group, Inc. (LCC) ("US Airways Group"), announced today that it priced an offering of two classes of enhanced equipment trust certificates (the "Certificates") in the aggregate face amount of approximately $820 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to finance its purchase of 18 Airbus aircraft scheduled to be delivered from September 2013 to June 2014 and to use the balance, if any, for general corporate purposes.
