Well, let's begin by getting one thing straight "I am not your PAL" and number two, We meaning "US" is still here.

Sorry to add bitteness to your day, but your statement could not be farther from the truth. Many people including myself don't give a crap if this company stays or goes. The group of us who stayed instead of taking the early out are here only for a job to hold us over while we look for another job. This is no longer a career or a good place to work. If your convinced that this company will ever start treating the employees with respect or dignity you are in denial. This place is a paycheck and health benefits, nothing more. If you are younger than 55 or so,you would be a fool not to try to change outa this #### hole and move on. The writing has been on the wall for several years. Take off the rose colored glasses PAL!!!

Now that is amazing since our FF's keep talking about the employees and the great job we do, it seems to me the bitter/ugly/negative/angry ones are in the minority. And I'll keep my rose colored glasses on, cuz if I have to look at the likes of you without them, I might just end up going insane

I am just willing to do the best I can do to turn this pig back into the once great airline it used to be.

Why can't you let the people that care about US just do their jobs to the best of their abilities, and keep the customers coming. What's it to you? Or maybe you are up for dragging the place down so you can collect unemployement.

WOW...there is some serious Koolaide drinking going on at U...sounds like the employees that stayed on actually standby the companies policy of " the beatings will continue until moral improves". and the fact that they are still paying union dues(for what), is beyond me (retired). I heard that after removing the coffee pots from the Hangar, they installed K-Y despensers. Say it aint so!!!....anybody seen a monkey boy swing in the rafters lately?

According to Lakefield's April 14th leter to employees:

"....we will introduce an employee reward program built around on-time operations..."

What exactly is he implying? Are we going to get monthly OTP bonus checks like those given out at CO when we meet OTP goals? Will we get leftover photocopied nonrev upgrades like in the era of dingbat Dave? The reward of on-time departures is that we all get to keep out jobs? ...Anyone have the inside scoop on this, because inquiring minds want to know!

I just got home from work from a "REAL" job and catching up on the board…Dr. Evil I had to laugh reading your posts. Almost verbatim when I read "PSA‘s posts" I would think to myself exactly what you already replied to him with. Same minds on this thread! I am not bitter in the least and in fact feel better than I have in 15 years. Retired from the U pig and working at a real job no longer afraid to spend money on anything I want, which felt strange at first. I was so afraid of doing anything when I worked at U I ended up getting completely out of debt, and that is the "only" good thing that happened while working in that daily nightmare. I only replied to PSA the way I did because I think the guy is insane, completely absolutely mentally deranged, and he can thank U for that, that and the fact he stayed only helped it along 😀


Life Is Good, as long as U is behind you……Yes I still post because I feel like the present U employees need counseling, so here I am counseling 😛
