Their pictures are in the phila dailey news today...all were fired for various reason...all legit...I worked with one of them and she knows exactly how the seniority works....she was a mainline employee so the only place she could work in F term is the ticket counter and that is a very senior position and a piece of cake job.....It really annoys me how people try to get something for nothing..the union tried to get her job back but failed so now she thinks she is entitled to free ride..go find another job you've been gone over a year

Somebody is looking for a multi million dollar payday. I do hope US defends this if what you say is true. Settlement would likely be cheaper though

Unfortunately you are probably right. US will probably settle with these losers much like they did with the imams. Even though in that case as well, US was in the right.

The entire "City of Brotherly Love" is hostile. Philly is the most hateful city on the planet. Basically, it's a hellhole -- so what did US Airways expect when they set up a hub there? Southern or Midwestern hospitality? Oh well...

A US Airways employee can't be 'assigned' anything in the F Terminal seeing as ground operations in F are handled by Piedmont Airlines, a separate company and group of employees.

Actually mainline is in charge of ticket counter and baggage service

A couple of years ago, an ex-NWA employee said that he heard that US in Philly was run by gangstas! Apparently the person was right as the evidence comes to the surface!

I don't fly but if I did, I would avoid Philly like a plague. nuf sed!

There have been persistent rumors that the ramp in PHL was "Mobbed Up"!

Of course there is no proof so it ends up just being a rumor. It also has little to do with the original post regarding a lawsuit brought by former employees.

We have learned that the suit may have little if any merit.

Also we aren't even to discovery. This things seems to be a bit of a pig that may not even survive to Discovery.
