Can't view my reservations....WTF? It's been that way for weeks. The Web site is just awful. Somebody call in the professionals at Microsoft, SAS, IBM, EDS -- there are big programming problems.
So, I send an e-mail noting the problems and I get this message back (this is not a joke!)
"Thank you for contacting us
A representative will get back to you within 5-7 days."
