So it looks like we're asking to courts to dismiss the case. Am I allowed to tell you what I think? Does it matter what I think.

Anyhow. They (Imams) should move on with life. They were just staging this for a show that'll be slapped back at them by the courts.

Pretty much every civil suit begins with a Motion to Dismiss from the defendent. If the judge grants it an appeal by the plaintiffs is also certain. Either way, this'll take at least a year to resolve.

Surprised they didn't sue Airbus for having them provide the plane they got removed from.
Along with the Acme Seat Belt Extender Company, makers of Extend-Itâ„¢

Are you suggesting Parker should sue US?

He clearly has a viable case. He was involved in company business at the time..and yet there was obvioulsy NO/zip/zero adult supervision anywhere around.

Did I read correctly, but I thought it mentioned how a few of these Imams flew in from PHX just minutes earlier to board the plane back to PHX. Mileage run, anyone?

In all seriousness, I think that detail was mighty suspicous about the whole scene.

The airline's response clears up confusion as to whether some of the imams were flying on one-way tickets. Because four of the men arrived just minutes before their original flight from Phoenix to Minneapolis, they were not allowed to board and were forced to take another flight.

King,

It means that they arrived late for their originating flight on the day they came to MSP, not that they did a turnaround. I guess due to a reservation system problem (what else is new), they lost their return reservations since it thought they were no shows, and their returns had to be re booked as one way flights.

The whole thing still stinks, and the case should be tossed...

Better safe than sorry..

It's always a delay tactic...
Make them spend more dollars on their lawyers...
Could be a while before this is ever resolved...

Just my opinion...
