Keeping it simple-"Inept"

In a word: DYSFUNCTIONAL

Perfectly described, we need two words: LACKING IDENTITY

The prices say "full service," the amenities and available service....and performance says "flea market, garage sale, not worth the price of admission."

And of course, true to a flea market sale, there is no one standing behind the product, promising it will work and/or fixing it. And of course, adding to the confusion, one can, occassionally score tix for $0.05 to $0.08 per mile.

I'm still convinced the leadersip does not get it. May well NEVER get it. The confusion that was "New Coke" (and is a text book case in product identity failure) has nothing on this product....

The best part of the product is the people who work for US.
