Friendly Web site

US Airways' Web site treats customers better than any other airline site,
according to a new study of online travel-industry sites by a Boston
consulting firm specializing in Internet retailing.

The Customer Respect Group said US Airways had the top score of 18 airlines
in its Customer Respect Index, a measure that rates factors such as
simplicity, responsiveness and privacy.

Marriott won the hotel category, and Orbitz was tops in Web-based reselling.

This thread is about the web page, not about what I think about it.
 
Being in the business, the site blows. Hey, Usairways, ever hear of a browser session? Then use it.
 
The website blows.. I have no idea how anyone would say its great..

Go to Southwest.com.. Now thats an easy to use website..

AirTran's is not that bad either..

Yeah right. Who is paying their salary? (Did you notice they are a consulting firm?)

It isn't the worst site out there but it is not even close to the best. Some clown consulting group ain't objective.

The home page is a joke. Go over to SWA and really see how simple and easy a site can be. When will they wake up.....
