according to a new study of online travel-industry sites by a Boston
consulting firm specializing in Internet retailing.
The Customer Respect Group said US Airways had the top score of 18 airlines
in its Customer Respect Index, a measure that rates factors such as
simplicity, responsiveness and privacy.
Marriott won the hotel category, and Orbitz was tops in Web-based reselling.
