Well you have to consider the source. This rumor is being started by the same person.

Who are you talking about?

Neither I, nor Dave Bates, predicted a bankruptcy filing Tuesday or whenever it was you are referencing.

I started a thread stating that the company was threatening bankruptcy at the bargaining table, and that was not a rumor. The company has since stopped threatening this, as they have been told repeatedly by our reps that the only way they will get a concessionary contract is through restructuring.
