Since June 2008, US Airways and USAPA have met nearly 110 times. Id. ¶ 8. To date,
they have reached tentative agreements on eight of thirty sections of the CBA, namely: Moving
Expenses, Deadheading, Miscellaneous Flying and Transfer to Non-Flying or Supervisory Duty,
Physical Exams, Investigation and Discipline, Grievances, System Board of Adjustment, and
Union Security and Dues Checkoff.

Now there is some negotiating skills right there. 3.5 years to finish 8 very easy sections. Heck at this rate it will only be another 9 years before usapa finishes a contract.

usapa is going to soil its pant when they get the remedy the West is going to proffer.

Actually, it is going to be more of an ultimatum, for both the company and usapa.
