The V22 flew over us today in Dartmouth. It was the first time I saw it in airplane mode. Looked like something fictional, quite amazing.

It actually is very quiet. The prop-rotors were hardly audible. They were slowing down enroute back to the airport though. Maybe they are louder when accelerating or under load.

Quite a site when a parking lot full of people just stop and stare up at her.
