Jusy PRAY HARD, that we as a country can SURVIVE....1 more year of "NERO" (aka..EL CHIMPO)

GOD HELP US !!!!!!

Its nuts...

Putin man of the year?

Gore Nobel peace prize recipient?

speaking of which, just when the looney were buying into Gores (man made) global warming hoax we see record setting cold temps around the globe, especially in the southern hemisphere.

You would have a hard time selling the (global warming) notion to the midwest after last weeks record breaking ice storm.

I believe when scientists speak of warming that they are referring to a warming trend or average. Individual highs or lows in various areas around the world are not relevant. If the average temp increases that is a concern.

Just a few degrees change in ocean water can bleach corals and kill a reef. Just one example of how an average increase or decrease in temp can affect a species or ecology.

Also, as far as the POY goes, it is just means that they are a person who has had a large effect on the world around him/her. It speaks nothing of good or bad, possitive or negative. It means they are news worthy in TIMES opinion.

Newsweek has chosen PUTIN as the Man of the Year.
TIME Magazine names its person of the year, Newsweek does not.

The selection criteria is:
TIME's Person of the Year is not and never has been an honor. It is not an endorsement. It is not a popularity contest. At its best, it is a clear-eyed recognition of the world as it is and of the most powerful individuals and forces shaping that world—for better or for worse. It is ultimately about leadership—bold, earth-changing leadership.
