WCHR Bound Woman Left Unattended for Hours?

It is very important in cases like this to attack the customer. Call her a liar, question her actions, blame the press.

We all know this perfect airline would never be responsible for a situation like this.

Absolutely. We know nothing of her age or educational level, but somehow this is her fault. I was on a delayed flight--one of those joyful "2 hours on the taxiway with passengers onboard during a storm" delays--and an elderly passenger began to worry about her son coming to the airport to get her at her destination. I asked if she had a cell phone and she said yes. I told her to feel free to call him while we sat on the ground and let him know. Her response: "Oh, I can't do that. He told me only to call in emergencies."
