They are moving west non-contract employees to the east health benifit system. It will have the east options and prices. This really sucks as the west had a very proactive and cheap HC over the years.
From what I understand the east plan has same sex benifits but not opposite sex beni's. Sounds like a case of sexual discrimination or at the very least a bad decesion to favor one type over the other. :down:

Sorry, but I don't see the problem. If one wants the bennies then one should get the piece of paper. At least with the same sex benefits the argument could be made that one wants the piece of paper, but is unable to get it. Opposite sex partners have no such argument. Just 1 man's opinion, not any more or less valid than any other opinion.
