USAPA has nothing to worry about. Just like judge Wake in Phoenix was biased towards the West pilots so too the Charlotte judge will be biased towards the East pilots.

4. Accept the Nicolau as the seniority list, get serious & get rid of Cleary & his little fiefdom, and re-staff the NAC with people that have a clue on how to negotiate a contract. Get the company to accept the previously closed 27 sections under the JNC talks and move to a combined contract with Delta-like wages (perhaps in as little as 6-8 months). Oh, and hope and pray that Cleary doesn't do anything that would further jeopardize our careers & wallets!

Pilot's only question........considering all of the things going on in your life right now , what would you most like to see happen?

How about: "There's a work slowdown, but it is a bunch of renegade pilots and not USAPA orchestrating it."

When you failed to account for that possibility (probability, IMO) you lost any credibility as a pollster. Your questions are simply leading.
