How about: "There's a work slowdown, but it is a bunch of renegade pilots and not USAPA orchestrating it."

When you failed to account for that possibility (probability, IMO) you lost any credibility as a pollster. Your questions are simply leading.

sorry but the truth is not leading ..... work slowdowns are general events not done by a select group of indviduals ... the reason everyone has to do it is so that a few people don't end up getting in trouble ...

but just so we're clear , i heard about work slowdowns on the internet , and i have NEVER EVER participiated in one , in my entire life ... :unsure:

If I was real USAirways I would maintain all fences with this west group. Read the posts. They will scab out west. Their heritage is anti labor. The pilots are the worst offenders. Maintain USAPA

In the event Kasher doesn't come thru with the money, I think it would be awesome for USAPA to simply go to the bargaining table with LOA 93 and the USAPA seniority list and offer it to the company as the new systemwide contract on condition that all lawsuits be dropped.

Most of us are resigned to the fact that we will retire on LOA 93 work rules. Let's share the pain.

As to Nic vs. LOA 93, we made that choice many years ago. I have asked of your comrades many times.."can you give me one scenario where the NIC might ever be implemented on this property?" No answers yet..hopefully you can come through before your time off minus a few days of recovery is over.

Anyway, when LOA 93 gets shot down and you get either nothing (likely) or 3% yoy (less likely but possible) you'll find many an eastie jumping ship.

Then it's on to ALPA and a new TA with the Nic.

There, now you have a scenario.

From what I understand about this whole recent ordeal with the pilot in Charlotte and the USA Today ad, USAPA pretty much killed US. The dirty laundry it wanted everyone to be aware of is now out there. Instead of going after management you went after a safety issue?

It's nice to see that a few extremists with questionable futures are willing to take everybody down. Now tell me about Lorenzo 😛
