I believe it's spelled "catty" as in meow, and I understand that Mr. Morales also was quoted as saying that the flight attendants out on the street belonged there.

As one who was in attendance, I personally saw the snubs and rolled eyes of the APFA President. As the ole song goes...."Who"s "catty" now?".
