I know what what one f/a had in his cooler after a flight, the other half of my uneaten sanchwich.
Kid you not and thought I was going to keel over. I took a flight from LAS/PHL last year and over the years I have learned that airline food is not a gourmet type experience. I was up in first and the offer was either shrimp salad or a turkey sandwich. (could have been something different.) Regardless, when I got the sandwich, after unrolling it in it's wrapper, there was no presentation, no utensil, the FA just plopped the sandwich down on the tray. I took one bite and thought that beside's the wilted lettuce, the mayo being stale along with the bread that it was not in my best interest to finish it. So I wrapped up the uneaten portion. The F/A asked if I wanted anything else and I told him that it was a horrible sandwich. I then saw him throw out the uneaten half and then watched in horror as to put the other uneaten half IN HIS COOLER. That was my last trip on LCC and has reinforced my view of their operation.
