If I heard J.Hewitts interview right..if the majority voted yes then things would be in effect DOS. If majority voted no..it could take 6 months before we see change?

I`m under the impression either yes or no that it needs the judges "okie dokie". For the record I`m a firm NO.

Vote NO to modify, get a better deal, and change the language.

Stock clerks that vote YES , are for outsourcing jobs to outside vendor. And, a NO vote from them will cancel that "Me Too" Letter for all of us.

If it takes another 6 months for us to modify our contract, well that is in our best interest, in the face of a pending merger situation with US Air.

We would get a better deal. There will be much pressure on the Co. to bargain in good faith for a change!

Remember the end of Sept. is the deadline for AA business plan, and US Air can present their plan to the court. A YES vote will lock us in to a crappy deal, even after the merger.

The Co. wants it to be locked in. So does Doug Parker. A real COUP for mgmt!!!!!

Have you heard how the stock clerks are voting? Most i have heard from are a NO vote?
