Found an Exxon on my way to work (hwy 49) at 5:15 am...filled up for $3.58 gal. When I went by there this afternoon they were out.

Wish I could find cheap gas like that,when I finally found some in ATL today $4.30.

Price sucks for sure, but many people here would pay that or whatever just to get gas. Anyway glad you were able to get gas. I pray it gets better for us all very soon.

The Mayor claims a big shipment is on the way for Wed. so what the heck are people supposed to do until then? Stay at home?
Mint Hill and Matthews are out of gas and my brother in Greensboro couldn't find gas for his scooter. I understand Concord is almost on empty too.

I don't know about the south side of the city, but there is NO GAS up north, on the south end of Lake Norman. I have about 2 round-trips worth left before I'm on empty. I may end up checking the marinas to see if they have gas, and take my red gas can down to the dock! Seriously, I would not be surprised if a lot of us Reserves have to tell Scheduling that we can't get to the Charlotte airport because the city is out of gas!
