Which 1 Past Business Decision Would You Change?

Ichan was looking at US. N/S put PI up for sale and US bought PI to keep TWA and Ichan from buying them. Otherwise, US would have been part of TWA. Who would have bought PI???

One of CCYs worst operational decisions:

Crellin joined US Airways in 1988 as a result of the company's acquisition of Pacific Southwest Airlines. He was promoted to the position of vice president, ground services in 1995, and served as senior vice president, customer service from 2000 until his appointment as executive vice president, operations in January 2002.

From first in OTP to worst in OTP/PAWBOs/cust svc all under Crellin's reign. Unbelieveable. The day-to-day operation of this company is disasterous!
