This PHL fiasco also occured the previous year (2003) with a series of baggage flts to CLT to sort out the mess. This year's (2004) disaster started in Nov. with many flts sitting at the gate an hour, 90 minutes, 2 hours late due to no one to offload and load. The Dec meltdown was inevitable given the non-response and inappropiate measures for such a critical component of the company's operation.

Crellin and Palidini have a plan and it goes into effect today. They DEMAND that all flights depart on time..with or without passengers...with or without bags...Glad to see some clear thinking from CCY. Al deserves every penny and bonus he gets. Who said this man is just taking up space in CCY.... <_<

Al is a clown and has put his mark on the airline that may never come off and Paladini, while once promising, has been Crellinized and hope for her in turning around morale and the airline has long faded. They can demand all they want. It's not going to change what's wrong with the airline. Their plan isn't working, won't ever work and is driving away customers in droves. Some plan....

Not that it is necessarily germane to the topic, but PHL is going to get Catie Quinn as express hub manager pretty soon. I'm sure her addition to the mix will send just about everyone over the edge at that station. The PSA customer service agents at PIT found out yesterday, and after the multitude finished their cheers and general applause, there was a moment of silence for our ahem brothers and sisters in PHL.

You all have fun now, ya hear?

About 87% of those responding think Al should go in some form or another. How about it Mr. Lakefield?? Are you ready to give him the boot or is there another promotion in the works for the little dictator?

IMO, no one in CCY will be leaving until either the doors close for good, or this nickel and dime airline is sold. When they leave, rest assured, they will all have truck loads of cash and benefits with them. They're just passing time until that day comes. There is still some cash to be milked out of this place.

You forgot to add the employees who didn't show up and do their job.
