Thanks Bob for the post but basically if we turn the latest proposal down we still have it shoved down our throats. Plain and simple it will not get any better.
Every time the company asks for something the Judge grants it. This latest proposal or an even worse one will be ours for the next several years. If U survives. :unsure:

Well if U survives you are better off working under a court imposed contract than one that you ratified. If you ratify it you are stuck with it until 2011, add a few years for the delays made possible by the RLA and you are stuck with these concessions for a good chunk of your life. YOU WILL NEVER RECOVER!!! Even if USAIR turned around and became the most profitable carrier ever you would be stuck with these concessions. Their answer will be "You voted for it". We as workers have no options to void out the contract, we cant go to a judge. Thats ten years of decline and the only way to change that will be to quit.

When my turn comes to vote on another round of concessions my vote will be the same NO

Fair enough correction, but from where the employees are sitting its the same, the creditors are aligned with the company against the employees.

according to our newest proposal--the company one-- that we received yesterday from our mgmr, it states that the company will bring in house the select boeing 737 and the airbus witht he exception of the widebodies which will be outsourced according to the proposal
