Well if U survives you are better off working under a court imposed contract than one that you ratified. If you ratify it you are stuck with it until 2011, add a few years for the delays made possible by the RLA and you are stuck with these concessions for a good chunk of your life. YOU WILL NEVER RECOVER!!! Even if USAIR turned around and became the most profitable carrier ever you would be stuck with these concessions. Their answer will be "You voted for it". We as workers have no options to void out the contract, we cant go to a judge. Thats ten years of decline and the only way to change that will be to quit.
When my turn comes to vote on another round of concessions my vote will be the same NO
