I don't understand what your point is. Are you saying that there is no hope , that there will be endless paycuts?

Of course they will be back.

The scenario will be they can't get exit financing without more cuts.

They will be back in May.

Fool ya once shame on you
Fool ya twice shame me
Fool ya 3 times you should have been committed for help!
Fool ya 4 times..........well your a lost cause

The company execs must be waking up this morning thinking how much more we can squeeze from the sheep

They will be back for more no doubt about it

And Dave said the samething in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

They did not have a choice of "Management will not be back." That is why I did this poll as it more fully represents choices.

I just received a gang-email from Lakefield "to all our customers, etc., etc.." It's the same thing that is on the company web site this morning.

What is it with airlines managements? I don't get it. He says, "our employees have been through challenging times...." That's all. Why can't the managements in this industry ever thank anyone, least of all their employees?

Do they take new management people aside when they start their jobs and remove any semblance of appreciation? kindness? recognition? They all seem to have been give the same indoctrination. CEOs in other industries know how to do it. Why can't airline ones?

Yes if company survives. You have set the precedence thats you will give and give and the company is prepaired and willing to take full advantage of that.

No if the company is driven out of business, before they have chance to come back for more, by the competition due to their flawed business plan and lack of company management skill and their knack for blaiming the employees wages and benefits for all their troubles.
