Th windsocks are shown when looking at the list of forums on this board. If they are blowin'' there are new posts...if they are limp, well, you get it.

 

Duh, of course. I always click immediately onto "Most Active Topics" so I had not noticed but yes, now that you point it out, it is self-explan...
